Osteria in Piazza Angelio re-opens doors for the spring

Riccardo from The L’Osteria in Piazza Angelio, Barga Vecchia, holds aloft a glass of his fine red wine and bids “SALUTE !” to all of the visitors to Barga.
There were thunderstorms, light snow fall, and 24 mm of rain which fell on Barga this morning but for Riccardo, the winter is over and the spring is here.
The holidays are over, the water is boiling on the stove for the pasta, the meat is roasting in the ovens, the tables are set, the candles are lit.
L’Osteria is open once again.
