Una full immersion nella Soul Music con una delle più longeve Soul Band italiane. In occasione del cinquantesimo anniversario della Stax Records di Memphis i Mr. Pitiful propongono un repertorio ricco di Soul partendo proprio dal Memphis Sound attraverso il Motown Sound passando per l’Atlantic Records e oltre.
Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Marvin Gaye. Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles sono soltanto alcuni tra in nomi sempre presenti nel repertorio della band.

Soul Italian Community at Barga Jazz Club at barganews

[...] More than 50 people were gathered in Barga Jazz Club today for the first Soul Italian Community meeting and cena. Up until now some of these people have only met in the virtual world but today they came face to face for the first time. All are passionate followers and/or practitioners of soul music who frequent the Soul Italian Community forum (site here) This evening the numbers swelled as the concert and jam session took off and the musicians jumped on stage to strut their stuff.
