Exhibition of Paintings by Paolo Veneziani opened this afternoon at the Marzocco Gallery (site here)
Visitors to Barga this summer will have noticed a figure painting “en plein air” in some of the more secluded alleyways and piazzas of Barga Vecchia. The person with the large straw hat shielding his eyes as he works is the painter from Rome, Paolo Veneziani. (article here)
It is the not the first time that he has been working and exhibiting his canvases in Barga. He has a close relationship with the Marzocco Gallery who will be once again showing his work this summer as in previous years.
The exhibition will remain until the end of this month
