New Bottega della Solidarietà opens

The final act for the week-long Settimana della Solidarietà took place this morning just outside the Teatro dei Differenti in Barga Vecchia. The old Bottega which the voluntary group had used for last five or six years to exhibit and sell the work made by the “ragazzi” of the GVS had been forced to close.
One door closes – another door opens.
The new Bottega della Solidarietà was opened to the public for the first time in front of an enthusiastic crowd with a blessing from Don Stefano and a fitting speech from the Mayor of Barga Umberto Sereni.
