Night images by Hamish Scott-Brown

photographs by Hamish Scott-Brown in Barga 2009010As we reported in November last year there has been a photographer taking images in and around Barga. In fact the photographer Hamish Scott-Brown moved from his native Scotland to Barga a number of years ago and has been steadily building up a large and comprehensive body of work which focuses on the city and its inhabitants.

These night time images are part of a continuing project which he has called a visual phenomenological research exploring ‘home’ and what we consider ‘homeliness’” and is for his MA in photography at the University of Cumbria in the UK.

Photography was, is, and will remain my huge passion. – Hamish Scott-Brown

  1. Fantastic Images… It would be interesting to know what lens is being used in these.. The perspective is such that I wonder if a tilt-shift lens was used? The images are really neat!
