Twenty tractors in Barga this morning toured around the city in convey before finally calling in at La Mocchia osteria where a meal was laid on for the tractor drivers and families.
They were all there waiting for the arrival of the Proposto of Barga, Don Stefano who was to give his blessing to the tractors and drivers.
Included in the line up tractors was one which has been featured on barganews in the past – the beautifully restored Landini tractor from 1956 (here in 1996 and here just a few months ago for la trebbiatura – the grain threshing during the summer)
