Today the Fosso area just outside Barga Vecchia was filled with the sound of vintage, veteran and not so veteran cars and motorbikes as for the second year running the Raduno di Auto e Moto Storiche took to the streets. Last August 2009 – (article here) it was the Fiat 500 club – one of the classic cars of post-war Italy that filled the piazza with more than 70 examples pulled up and parked on the Fosso as part of a Raduno
This year it was a more mixed bunch all running under the flag of “Girovagando nel Barghigiano”with examples of cars ranging from Lamborghini to Renault 4 … interestingly enough both examples bright yellow.
The cars then left in convoy en route to Fornaci di Barga, Gallicano, Val Turrite and Fabbriche di Vallico.
