Una bellissima maglia biancoverde autografata dai giocatori del Celtic che hanno vinto il campionato scozzese 2011/12 è stata donata al Barga Celtic Supporters Club da Aldo ed Anthony Cecchini. I due, padre e figlio, sono residenti in Scozia, dove possiedono due ristoranti di grande successo, precisamente a Ayr e Ardrossan nell’Ayrshire a sud-ovest di Glasgow, ma hanno saldissime radici barghigiane. Tifosissimi del Celtic, sono infatti titolari di abbonamento stagionale al Celtic Park, sono riusciti ad ottenere il prezioso dono che ora è in bella mostra presso la sede del club al Bar del PaoloGas.
Entrambi sono naturalmente membri del Barga Celtic Supporters Club, che festeggia proprio nel mese di agosto il terzo compleanno ed ha aperto in questo periodo il tesseramento per la stagione 2012/13. L’affiliazione costa 10 euro e permette al Club di far vedere in diretta tutte le partite del Celtic, grazie all’abbonamento alla canale ufficiale del Celtic (www.celtictv.net). Inoltre ogni anno verso la fine della stagione calcistica scozzese, intorno alla fine di maggio, viene organizzato il meeting dei Celtic Supporters Club italiani, evento che richiama a Barga ogni anno sempre più appassionati della squadra biancoverde.

Scottish Champions 2011/12 shirt comes in Barga
A beautiful green and white shirt autographed by the Celtic players that won the Scottish Premier League 2011/12 was donated to the Barga Celtic Supporters Club by Anthony and Aldo Cecchini. The two, father and son, are resident in Scotland, where they own two restaurants with great success, specifically in Ayr and Ardrossan, Ayrshire, south-west from Glasgow, but with extremely solid barghigiane roots. Fans of Celtic, in fact, they are season ticket holders at Celtic Park, they managed to get the precious gift that is now at the clubhouse at the Bar of PaoloGas.
