On the box and printed inside (in two languages) it did say “We hope that the people who find these objects will enjoy them as much as we have in preparing them” and by the sound of things, they did as they took every single art work inside.
So it’s back to the drawing board and time to find another place to hide this cache (once it has been refilled) that is a bit more difficult for passers by to discover.
At the start of this project we did consider that this might happen and projected a possible 10% loss due to vandals but when it happens it is a bit down heartening.
Oh well, I hope they enjoyed the art.

Professional musicians have also prepared a series of cards containing QR codes which when scanned by smart phones will play music specially written for the project. The music includes classic, jazz, piano, tango, rock and folk.
