The Sagra del fish and chips, organised by the AS Barga until the 16th August at the stadio “Johnny Moscardini” has once again offered the possibility of fish and chips gluten-free.
Working with the Associazione Italiana Celiachia, they are now offering not just fish and chips but also pizza, crepes and deserts prepared by Theobroma for those people who have a problem with gluten.
The specially prepared kitchens will be available as part of the fish and chip festival on the following dates:
3rd , 4th , 5th and the 10th , 11th and 12th August.
