I am a retired Maths professor living in Sommocolonia. All my life, i have been saddened that many people have an antipathy towards the subject that I love and do not appreciate what mathematics is or what mathematicians do. I would like to rectify this by opening this corner on Barganews.com and following up with some talks in Barga next summer.
