Dateline : June 14th 2000 Place : Joensuu Finland Title: Why is there a BLUE bike in Joensuu ??

There was a good deal of confusion as over 50 bikes were renovated, cleaned, repaired and painted yellow .....one of the students from another part of the building noticed that her bicycle was missing. Did we know anything about it? When a check was made it was discovered that her bike had by mistake entered the "yellow bike system" and had come out the other end clean, repaired and ......yellow. Oops! Red faces all round. The problem was solved by repainting her bike a different colour again.
