raising funds to replace the church roof

raise the necessary funds we will need help from all, public
institutions, credit institutions, companies and local businesses
and above all, from our congregation both those resident in
Italy and abroad." A new web site has just come on to the internet with a strong local flavour written by a local doctor, Pietro Pisani. The website is for the Comitato San Pietro in Campo which started life as an association for recreation and culture in San Pietro in Campo in 1982. The website is full of images and stories recounting the activities of the association over the past 12 years including their latest project which is the complete renovation of the roof on the church at San Pietro in Campo. Members of the committee were in evidence in Barga Vechhia yesterday for the monthly market selling homemade befana biscuits to raise money for the church roof. Their site is here "
