The Barga Jazz Orchestra is hard at work this week inside the Teatro dei Differenti recording a series of numbers for an upcoming CD. The Teatro dei Differenti has been turned into a temporary recording studio hoping to take advantage of the wonderful acoustics in the building. The only cloud on the horizon has been the bitter discovery that their traditional "watering hole" and preferred place for impromptu jam sessions, Aristodemo Casciani's bar, is closed for the whole week for his annual holiday.
