Two home grown Barga boys are making it big in the club scene in Sydney, Australia. Simone and Filippo Franchi, who play under the working name of Franchi Bros have just played a huge set with the Circo Loco squad. Grown out of an old airport hanger in Ibiza, Circo Loco, the ‘crazy circus’, is undoubtedly one of the most well-known club brands in the world. Celebrating its 10th birthday this year, Circo Loco built its name by playing the most cutting edge house and techno, having the wildest and sexiest crowd, and some of the best DJs in the world as residents.
Clubbers flock to DC10, Ibiza, every Monday morning, to carry-on partying at the all-day, hedonistic party that’s now gone international, from Ibiza to Tokyo, New York to London … and now to Sydney.
The bulk of the action is happening in the courtyard of the Greenwood Hotel, with Wham! and Redlight owning the side-rooms.
As previously announced, Davide Squillace and Jamie Jones are the Circo Loco ambassadors leading the way outside. They’ll be joined by Sydneysider-in-Berlin Jamie Lloyd, Beef Records man Schwa and Little Fritter, a tech-house producer/remixer from the Gold Coast who is drumming up some healthy buzz. Cadenza’s star signing ROBERT DIETZ is set to headline the Redlight room, while the Wham! beats will be dished out by familiar Sydney faces James Taylor, Ben Morris and Illya.

Circoloco is one of the most infamous and loved names in the clubbing scene, and the demand for tickets to this major event has been as crazy as you would imagine. So, unsurprisingly, as you may be aware on Friday the event sold out. We would like to say a BIG ‘Thank You’ to the 1,200 people who have helped us to reach this amazing achievement. This will be 10 hours of what we believe to be the best house and techno music in the World.
