The artist Ennio Lizzi is in Barga this week with a short exhibition of some of his recent work on show in the Galleria Comunale.
Ennio is more well known for his delicate sculptures in Carrara marble but for the Barga exhibition is showing for the first time some of his two-dimensional work based on paintings and murals by past masters.
Michelangelo, Caravaggio, Da Vinci and Botticelli all feature prominently in the many large scale paintings hanging on the show in the Galleria Comunale in Barga Vecchia which will be open to the public until the 16th October.
