“Le Donne di Barga per Barga” – “The women of Barga for Barga” repainted the wrought iron gates leading to the park which are now a shiny bright green colour matching the new Parco Kennedy sign which the Pro Loco had installed recently – article here
This morning workmen started work on clearing the vegetation covering up the arches of the old aqueduct which was constructed back in 1501 to provide water for Barga Vecchia from the Rupina area outside the city walls.
