Last chance to see the exhibition of work at the Four Arches Gallery in Barga Vecchia by the winners of The Henryk Starikiewicz Prize from Poland.
Quattro Archi or Four Arches is an art venue set in the medieval Italian town of Barga in northern Tuscany. Quattro Archi offers facilities for artists in residence, art courses, art retreats and other courses, exhibition space and holiday accommodation.
The objective of Quattro Archi is to provide artistic opportunities and holidays for those established, emerging, learning and would-be or interested artists willing to be inspired by the beauty of Barga and the Tuscan lifestyle.
The Henryk Starikiewicz Prize foundation was founded in 2017 and its main goal is to promote young graduates of Art High School in Poznań, Poland.
Each year they invite those students who achieved best results in Diploma in art disciplines to Tuscany to paint there and to experience Art, History and Italian life.
With their activity the foundation intends to honour the memory of the artist and long time teacher in the school, Henryk Starikiewicz who died in 2016.
Quattro Archi is providing an opportunity for these rising stars of the art world to plan, hang and operate an exhibition here in Barga.
The Four Arches gallery exhibition will remain open until the 7th September.

Ultima occasione per vedere l’esposizione dei lavori presso la Galleria Quattro Archi a Barga Vecchia, realizzati dai vincitori del Premio Henryk Starikiewicz dalla Polonia.
La Fondazione Premio Henryk Starikiewicz è stata fondata nel 2017 e ha come obiettivo principale promuovere i giovani laureati dell’Accademia di Belle Arti di Poznań, in Polonia.
Ogni anno invitano gli studenti che hanno ottenuto i migliori risultati nel Diploma in discipline artistiche in Toscana per dipingere e vivere l’Arte, la Storia e la vita italiana.
Con la loro attività, la fondazione intende onorare la memoria dell’artista e insegnante di lunga data nella scuola, Henryk Starikiewicz, scomparso nel 2016.
Quattro Archi offre un’opportunità a queste giovani stelle del mondo dell’arte di pianificare, allestire e gestire un’importante mostra qui a Barga.
L’esposizione presso la Galleria Quattro Archi rimarrà aperta fino al 7 settembre.

Fundacja Nagrody Henryk Starikiewicz została założona w 2017 roku i jej głównym celem jest promowanie młodych absolwentów Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Poznaniu, w Polsce.
Co roku zapraszają tych studentów, którzy osiągnęli najlepsze wyniki w dyplomie w dziedzinie sztuki, do Toskanii, aby malować i doświadczać Sztuki, Historii i życia włoskiego.
Poprzez swoją działalność fundacja ma na celu uhonorowanie pamięci artysty i długoletniego nauczyciela w szkole, Henryk Starikiewicz (1955-2016 ), który zmarł w 2016 roku.
Cztery Arki daje tym wschodzącym gwiazdom świata sztuki możliwość zaplanowania, przygotowania i prowadzenia wystawy tutaj w Barga.
Wystawa w Galerii Cztery Arki pozostanie otwarta do 7 września.
