The Comune of Coreglia, together with the group of Nebbiana, Nebbianella, and Val di Lago di Barga, organised this Saturday, March 16th at Ghivizzano the event “A ‘Veglio’ with Emilio” featuring the presentation of the book “The ancient peasant and artisan civilisation through the wisdom of our proverbs,” written by Emilio Lammari.
The presentation was conducted by Professor Catia Gonnella.
“L’antica civiltà contadina e artigiana attraverso la saggezza dei nostri proverbi” – a meticulous work of collection and preservation of an invaluable heritage. “The ancient peasant and artisan civilisation through the wisdom of our proverbs,” written by Lammari and published by the publishing house “Bandecchi e Vivaldi” in Pontedera.
The work includes illustrations by the Barghigiano draftsman Simone Togneri.
