Lorenzo – lead singer and guitar, Derek on lead guitar, Angelo on keyboards and Artie Matthew on drums made up the Noi Siamo Eroi band this evening who played their first gig in front of the Barga public at the Altana restaurant.Â

I was there and can confirm the birth of (potentially one of the best things to come out of the Barga music scene since, well, …. Me!
joking aside, Lorenzo Lanciani impressed me with the maturity and determination with which he confronted his public and – most of all – his fellow musicians. Undaunted by the self-evident lack of experience and pre-adolescent exuberance of his companions (particularly the self-absorbed guitar player), Lorenzo displayed a command of all the posturing and mannerisms of the rock ‘n’ roll legacy to which he obviously aspires.
I forsee a bright future for this dark star of Barga rock!
Mi è proprio dispiaciuto essermi perso il concerto! Purtroppo impegni musicali mi hanno portato altrove.
