Mo(n)tezuma - Vivaldi - Opera Barga in rehearsals

Rehearsals have been underway for most of this month for the staged world premiere of the recently discovered opera by Antonio Vivaldi
Mo(n)tezuma, written in 1733 and until recently believed to have been lost forever.

The production is a joint venture between Opera Barga and the Altstadtherbst Kulturfestival of Dusseldorf where the production will be seen in September 2005.

The dates for this show are the 16th and 17th of July at the Teatro dei Differenti in Barga.
