Giorgio attempts to get the banner ready in time

Thursday; Presentation of the squad at the KBC BANK in Bruxelle followed by evening meal offered by the bank President. Friday, probably the hardest day of the whole trip - a guided tour of the Stella Artois brewery with "refreshments" inside the factory. Saturday, guided tour of Leuven following in the afternoon by a friendly match against the football team that recently twinned with the gatti randagi, the KBC Bank team. Sunday, guided tour of Bruxelles and lunch with the KBC Bank team followed by the flight home to Pisa in the evening. Heavy, stuff right ? hmm, especially for at least four members who are not taking the easy Pisa to Bruxelles flight but are in fact riding all the way up through europe on their motorbikes. (maybe they will run into Miriam Goudappel in her 50 cc ape on the way ? ) Meanwhile somebody else has been having a hard week - Giorgio who was commissioned to paint a banner for the team has been slaving away in his studio trying to get the large banner ready in time. Word on the street is that it will be finished in time but maybe still a little damp. Careful how you you fold it boys !
