Over the past decade the art of Paolo Casci has appeared a number of times on barganews. (article here) Paolo originally from Renaio but living and working for many years in Bruxelles has never abandoned his love for this area and his paintings have often depicted scenes of daily life in the mountains around Barga.
This week an exhibition of his latest paintings opened in the Museum of Memory in Barga Vecchia.
One wall of the exhibition is taken up by 7 paintings all depicting the same theme – food and its preparation.
