Over the past 7 years we have published many articles about Chairart (they can be seen here) – 20 white chairs and the 20 possibilities to decorate the chairs by 20 different people.
In 2015 Chairart has celebrated its 6th year since inception. To date there has been a total of 149 participants and 255 artifacts have been produced and exhibited across the Garfagnana on 40 different occasions.
This year once again, the chairs are back in Barga.
This time they can be seen in the new gallery space in the ex Farmacia Simonini opposite the carpark at Fosso and in a weeks time more can be seen in Palazzo Pancrazi in Barga Vecchia or on their site here
