The eleventh annual Barga chocolate festa – Barga in Cioccolato opened this Saturday morning on a cold and wintery day with the organisers having high hopes that this year the weather is not going to take a negative tone as in other years – rain is not forecast and as the day went on, the sun did actually peep through the clouds .
