Enrico Piacenza, known throughout the area by his nickname – Il Tordo, died this week in a car accident but lived his life with a great passion for other forms of transport – his motorcycles.
His friends, family and colleagues were this afternoon all assembled outside the San Francesco church to give him a noisy goodbye at the end of his funeral service as many bikers braved the rain and escorted his hearse on his last journey.
