A somewhat bizarre video has just arrived on the net from a company called GeoBeats. According to the text on the site they are showing “The World’s Greatest Attractions ” and Barga appears to be on that list but the video is just a woman speaking in front of a backdrop of images of Barga taken from other places on the net and what she actually is saying goes a long way to proving that they have never actually stepped foot in the city. Is there truth in the saying that there is no such thing as bad publicity ?
“Take a tour of Barga in Italy – part of the World’s Greatest Attractions travel video series by GeoBeats. The artistic and inspirational qualities of Tuscany have been emitted to every region lying within its boundaries. The town of Barga holds true to this traditional Italian personality, and exudes warmth and charm. This qiant town hasn’t forgotten its medieval roots, a strong stamp of which is eminent in every avenue.”
