Somebody left a few messages in Barga Vecchia last night.
Five of the palazzo walls were chalked on during the night with anarchy symbols, a message in English to “all stupid men” and to top it all, a couple of large signatures (partly obliterated but the name still clearly visible)
This afternoon some had already been cleaned off by disgruntled residents who thought that although the graffiti was possibly the work of kids, they did note that the chalk marks were quite high up on the wall for small children to reach, so maybe not quite so “kiddy” after all ?

Perhaps there is a connection with the break-ins into two premises in Barga the other night, almost certainly the work of outsiders?
