One of those nice surprises that happen in Barga every now and again. A group of visitors to Barga stopped in Piazza Angelio this morning, put down their bags and water bottles and ….started to sing … and what a melodic sound it was too.
The impromptu performance drew a warm round of applause from the other visitors passing through the piazza, it turned out that they were 15 members a larger visiting choir from Cuneo: The Chorale Polifonia Santalbanese from Sant’Albano Stura to be precise.
A big thank you to the choir and their President Alberto Pettiti for the gift they left in Barga this morning.
