Not one but three openings this afternoon in Barga as the art season starts to take off. The tape was cut by consigliere comunale Giovanna Stefani on three exhibitions by local artists all of which have had exhibitions in the past in Barga and all well known for their work. In the Galleria Comunale we find the landscape paintings of Emanuele Biagioni. Exhibition on until the 29th July. Further down the road in Barga Giardino at the Scuola dell’infanzia in Piazza Pascoli, two more exhibitions both radically different from each other. If you turn right when entering the school you will find yourself in front of the highly coloured work on Gabriella Bevilacqua. If instead to enter to the left, you enter the gallery showing the work of Francesco Guerrini. All exhibitions are on until the 29th July.
