A gathering of the clans up at the Duomo today for a Barga – Scots wedding under what was probably the last of the summer sunshine. Laura and Christopher took their vows with the aid of the Proposto Don Stefano and a priest brought in specially from Scotland for the occasion.
The celebrations then moved down to the Hotel Villa Moorings – click on the link at the end of this article to hear the Bridegroom’s mother talking (in English) about some of her ancestors and her families links with Barga.
