Something very strange is going on with the last few articles on the front page of barganews. I wonder if anybody else noticed it as well ? The whole barganews project is not just a news site but is also an archive of images, articles, films and sound recordings stretching back to 1996 so quite often we dive into the archives to find images and text that are relevant to stories taking place now.
The last 4 articles on barganews have all been about events that also happened in the past – five years in the past to be exact.

Also happening in Barga Vecchia at the same time was a small party at the L’osteria – L’osteria celebrates 5th birthday. Starting to see a pattern ?
… and then finally, this evening _ A welcome return to Barga to the Philharmonie “La Lorraine” from Hayange in France who were last here in the city 5 years ago for the twinning ceremony of Hayange and Barga. This time they were here for a concert in their own right.
Now is any of this strange or not ?
