1. internet service cost and how good, what types,
2. cell phone how much how is the service?
3. utilities , like electricity,water,
4. car insurance
5. how about finding a doctor in town or nearby ?
6. Where is the best place to buy a relatively new used car?.
7. Is there a local veterinarian who is good with cats?
8. How has the weather been this winter ? Much snow?
