The last time that they played in Barga was to a packed Teatro dei Differenti in August of last year (article here) – a concert of violin and piano entitled “Il Romanticismo in Duo” presented by Graziella Cosimini and which featured the music of Verdi, Massenet, Paganini, Faure, Schubert and Bizet
This time, this evening at 9 pm, Christine Verlhac – pianoforte and Gérald Israel – violin will be playing in the Aula Magna and the title of the concert is “Passeggiata Musicale: da Bach a Bartok” and will include, as the title suggests, music from Bach, Beethoven, Schubert, Paganini, Verdi, Rachmaninoff and Bartok.
The concert will start at 21.00 and the tickets will be Euro 10 and Euro 7 for reduced.
