The Addicted – the final week

Torna la pioggia, tornano le nuvole e sembrerebbe proprio che l’estate sia finita e l’autunno sia oramai alle porte, ma non abbiate paura, non disperate, in quanto c’è un barlume di speranza all’orizzonte… almeno per risollevarsi il morale.

Già nel 2007, su barganews.com, c’era una striscia di fumetti regolare che si intitolava DA ARISTO (si può vedere qui). Da allora queste vignette sono apparse solo in occasioni particolari per poi rimanere per lungo tempo silenti ma adesso, una volta alla settimana, per tutto il mese di settembre, giornaledibarganews procederà alla pubblicazione di una nuova striscia a fumetti (siamo già ala seconda settimana) per regatare a tutti voi (si spera) un po’ di divertimento e farvi passare un po’ di tempo.

Il titolo della nuova striscia è “The Addicted” e si tratta di un progetto dei due artisti locali-Dan e Les.
Prossimamente, sempre in questo mese, intervisteremo la coppia per capire meglio questo progetto e soprattutto, per capire perché ritengono che qui in Italia ci sia bisogno di un fumetto del genere, in questo particolare momento nel tempo.

So it would appear that the summer has ended and autumn is upon us- fear not brave people, do not despair as there is a glimmer of hope on the horizon.

Back in 2007, there was a regular comic strip on the site called DA ARISTO (it can be seen here) Since then it has only appeared on very odd occasions and has more or less settled into the dust BUT every week, once a week, for the whole of September we will be publishing a brand new strip cartoon to keep you all (hopefully) amused and entertained.

The title is “The Addicted” and is the culmination of a project by two local artists- Dan and Les.

Later on this month we will be interviewing the pair and probing as much as we can into their collective brains to find out just what makes them tick and hopefully finding out just why they think we need a strip cartoon of this type published in Italy at this particular moment in time.
