Multiple break-in attempts, some successful, others not, in Barga during the night or early this morning.
So far three premises in Barga Giardino were targeted, two of which were entered.
No words on if or what was actually stolen but some damage to the doors was evident as the thieves or thief used a crowbar to force the door frames.
Up in Barga Vecchia, the Duomo was the center of operations as the collection boxes for the candles and lights were forced and emptied.
The Carabinieri are investigating in an attempt to identify the thieves or thief and put a stop to this phenomenon.
