The Barga Vespa Club would like to thank all the people who took part in the two initiatives over the Christmas period – the Christmas Market in December and the 7th annual torchlight motorbike and vespa procession which was held in January in Barga with dozens of bikes, vespas and mopeds taking part in the night time tour of the city.
The torchlight procession had been cancelled three times because of terrible weather conditions but finally on the 11th January all was ready, prepared and they could not have asked for better weather conditions – 10 degrees out there – on a January evening up in the mountains that was bordering on a heatwave. – full article here
From the two events, Euro 500 was raised and this week that money was handed over to the GVS here in Barga
Il Vespa Club Barga ringrazia tutti coloro che hanno partecipato alle nostre due iniziative del periodo Natalizio prima il mercatino a Dicembre e poi la Fiaccolata di gennaio che ci hanno permesso di racimolare la bella cifra di € 500 che è stata completamente donata al GVS di Barga.
