As Andrea Barbuti, responsible for Strategy and Planning at Ciocco quite clearly says in the short interview below (in Italiano) recorded last year at the first festival in the bright sunshine at the hotel on the hill overlooking Barga, the times are changing.
The second Autumn Festival is now in full swing and will be open to the public right through this weekend giving visitors to the event the possibility to sample for themselves a huge range of products, foods and wines from this area and beyond.
Local produce, local wines, cakes, even soap beautifully masquerading as cakes, salami and much, much more are all on show on La Terrazza overlooking one of the finest panoramic views to be found anywhere in this area.
Due giorni interamente dedicati alla tradizione enogastronomica della valle del Serchio e ai prodotti del territorio.
Apre al Ciocco la seconda edizione il festival d’autunno.
