In October of last year (article here) , a new osteria opened its doors in Barga Vecchia – the Osteria Borgo 1 which can be found just at the entrance to Barga Vecchia at Via di Borgo 1

Their logo on the window is a combination of a sax and a view of Barga Vecchia – this evening the sound of the sax could be heard quite plainly in the Via di Borgo as the Up-One Trio with special guest Alessandro Rizzardi (on Sax) went through their paces for an evening of jazz and local dishes.
