The Barga swing band, The Aristodemos were keeping the toes tapping in Castelnuovo this evening as La Credenza put on a special evening of paella, sangria and good music.
Paella – the Valencian rice dish with ancient roots that originated in its modern form in the mid-19th century near the Albufera lagoon, a coastal lagoon in Valencia, on the east coast of Spain.
The main road through Castelnuovo was shut to traffic, tables put out and the party was on.
