The Italian swing band, The Aristodemos were last night playing away from their home town of Barga and instead were further down that valley making themselves heard inside the walls of another medieval walled city – this time the city of Lucca.
They were at the Undici Undici bistrot which faces on to the Duomo of Lucca – the cathedral San Martino celebrating a birthday party with their original take on Italian swing, good food, select wines and an enthusiastic audience who were unable to keep still in their seats.
