They were last here in March of 2016 (article here) at the start of a long 35 date tour of their “The History Of Rock”.
One year later they were back at the Jazz Club for the very last of those dates for the very last performance of “The History Of Rock” before the band take a break and start rehearsals for a brand new set which, if all goes well, will once again be performed at the Barga Jazz Club before it goes out on tour.

Rick Hutton (Liverpool, 1953) è un conduttore radiofonico, conduttore televisivo e musicista britannico, popolare per essere stato uno dei volti principali dell’emittente musicale italiana Videomusic.
Dopo essersi laureato in economia e sociologia all’università di Canterbury, nel 1978 si trasferisce definitivamente in Italia.
Sull’emittente toscana VideoMusic conduce programmi storici come Hot Line e Crazy Time.
Forma giovanissimo la sua prima band in patria, i Laurel Canyon. Arrivato in Italia, forma i The Groove. Nel 1988 incide il suo primo album da solista per la PolyGram. Successivamente forma i Tracks, con i quali incide per la Dischi Ricordi il disco What’s The Silence About. In seguito formerà la Rick Hutton Band con la quale ripropone classici soul e R&B anni sessanta e settanta.
Attualmente è uno degli speaker e vj di Radio Città Futura dove conduce quotidianamente il programma Rick’n’roll.
Dal 2011 lavora come presentatore nella TV musicale StandBY TV e nel 2015 compare in due scene della web serie Romanzo Demenziale – Matti da Legare, nel ruolo del turista inglese.
È stato per anni il presentatore del Pistoia Blues Festival, il famoso festival blues che si tiene ogni luglio in piazza del Duomo a Pistoia. Da venticinque anni è il presentatore della Soul Festival di Porretta Terme in Emilia che si tiene ogni luglio
