Parco Kennedy just outside the city walls at Barga was the location this weekend for La Giornata della Lentezza – slow down for living better event organised by the Associazione Arte del Vivere the the Barga Pro Loco.
A whole day dedicated precisely to slowness, intended to emphasis a less stressed and frenetic lifestyle.
Yoga, tai-chi, mindfulness, walking meditation, “Three sounds” meditation,Gong baths and Tibetan bells, Acquariana philosophy, sound and vibrational massages, reflexology treatments, shiatsu and biodinamic skull-sacral treatment were all on show and available to the many people who participated in the event.
