A new Rosticceria opened in Barga Vecchia this afternoon with Michele Cherubini and Simona Ercolini at the helm of a new commercial venture called “Rosticceria Il Mangiar Bene,”
Situated between Barga Vecchia and Barga Giardino, the pair hope to fill the culinary space that was left after the closure of the old rosticceria Tanica which shut it’s doors for the last time at the beginning of this month (article here)
The pair are hoping to offer not just the usual fare that can be found in a rosticceria but also Pizza (in the evenings) and Fish and Chips for those want something a little different on their plate.
