Barga Gatti Randagi football team visit Belgium

The Gatti Randagi Football Club of Barga are off this week on a gruelling 4 day round trip to Leuven in Belgium...only the fittest will survive.

Thursday; Presentation of the squad at the KBC BANK in Bruxelle followed by evening meal offered by the bank President.

Friday, probably the hardest day of the whole trip - a guided tour of the Stella Artois brewery with "refreshments" inside the factory.

Saturday, guided tour of Leuven following in the afternoon by a friendly match against the football team that recently twinned with the gatti randagi, the KBC Bank team.

Sunday, guided tour of Bruxelles and lunch with the KBC Bank team followed by the flight home to Pisa in the evening.

Meanwhile somebody else has been having a hard week - Giorgio who was commissioned to paint a banner for the team has been slaving away in his studio trying to get the large banner ready in time.
