An interesting mix and match of ideas, concepts, lifestyles and games at La Mocchia last night as Lorenzo from the self same Mocchia celebrated his stag night (in typical Lorenzo style – copious quantities of alcohol, loud karaoke, dancing on the tables and some viewing of random male body parts) but with the whole evening being organised and run by the Lake Angels for charity.
On offer to the guests was also a long table up against the wall groaning under the weight of a complete roast pig, salami, prosciutto various cheeses and fruit.
Fruit was also available in the bar but in a different context. Tiny glasses containing alternately pear juice and rum were lined up on the counter – a metric metre a time which were consumed in “industrial quantities”
At well past midnight the party was still going on strong with apparently none of the participants willing or able to be interviewed with the barganews microphones and so the pictures below will have to speak for themselves.
Lorenzo took the wise step of organising his stag night, not as it is done traditionally- the day before his wedding but a full week before he actually takes his bride to the altar. Wise man.
